The Capinera estate is located in the hills of the province of Macerata, between the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic Sea, in Crocette-Cunicchio, in the municipality of Morrovalle.
Since the mid-nineties we are engaged in the production of superior quality DOC and IGT wines. Thanks to constant investments in the care of the vineyard, in the equipment of the cellar and the barrel, thanks to the expertise and attention of our expert oenologist, the production procedures that allow us to preserve the characteristics of the fruit, the passion that each of us loves devote ourselves to what has been handed down to us by our fathers, we are honoured to offer you a selection of excellent products.
The soil is calcareous-clayey, slightly degrading and facing south towards the Chienti river, at an altitude of about two hundred meters above sea level.
To obtain the high level of quality in the vineyard, the bunches are thinned to produce a maximum production of 50 - 60 quintals per hectare. The harvest is done by hand in small boxes, with careful and meticulous selection of the bunches. Fermentation and vinification take place in steel tanks, while maturation and refinement in small French oak barrels.
We have recently installed a photovoltaic system on our land.

Furthermore, we are proud to say that we have contributed, in less than a year and simply by accumulating the energy produced by the sun, to avoid the emission of more than 500 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere.
